The first appartment had uncomfortable beds, we changed and then they were satisfying

The owner was very nice, just keep in mind the apartment office for check- in is on the main street of Castelsardo, not onsite at the apartments. Served our purpose well for a nights rest as we passed through this area of Sardegna. We especially enjoyed the picturesque Castelsardo and the beautiful beaches along the coast.

2 room apartment at a good rate. Could make a base for a self catering holiday. Nice view of marina.

No towels or toilet paper and electric light above bed pulsed all night which was distracting.

The location!

There was no information about that bedlines and towels are for extra price.

Well located and with good facilities. Great view of the marina and a very pleasant walk into Castlesardo - after a difficult crossing of the busy road.

The cheapest seaside stay on the whole Sardegna. It is not a hotel, it is more like seaside home for rent - you are given gas, dishes, ... etc.

Not obvious that this is exactly "Le Marine" residence. No labels and no reception. You ask somebody (if you are lucky and you see somebody in the area). Then you are redirected to phone. You should call staff and staff came in 10 minutes with your keys. Towels and beddings are not included into the price. If you forget to ask staff about it - you have almost no chances to sleep on clean bed.

Seaport, castle... ratio price vs comfort and location is the main reson. Good hollyday for family with car.

near crossroad, everything interesting is minimaly 30km far away, the best beach is 65km far away. Byt normaly good beach is 2km in Lu Bagnu.

Spacious appartment supplied with everything you need, albeit not all in good working order. Good location for Castlesardo and nearby towns, in particular for the road network. Good price. Maintenance came immediately on reporting an issue and were very pleasant.

This accomodation would be highly recommended if the cleanliness was improved and some of the internal fittings renewed - primarily the bathroom and kitchen utensils. The shower cubical was very dirty with mold and grime in the sliding door tracks and corners, the doors were hanging off the track, the toilet brush old and soiled, the kitchen equipment and crockery were found dirty, probably just cleaned by previous occupants and never checked by the owners. The sofa bed smelt of dog, and the blankets smelt musty. The brush and mop were so old and dirty they were unusable.

It was a really nice surprise. Great location, big apartment, equipped kitchen, big balcony with harbour view. 200M from the city. Absolutely worth the money. Perfect place, amazing little city.

Only the water pressure is very low - but this is a problem of the whole castelsardo.

Very poor breakfast.. Its just tea/coffe, some biscuits, apples, yoghurt and toast (packed). Cheap stuff from the supermarket.

Excellent quality/price ratio. Nice place to stay when on the way exploring the north coast of Sardegna.

It was a bit difficult to find - probably the address in Booked.net is inaccurate. It took us some 20 minutes asking around to find the place. other than that all was very good and staff friendly and relaxed.

Everything OK, great position if with car. Appartment has everything that family needs for vacation, supermarket is comfortably close, Castelsardo few minutes away. Owners are nice and helpful, we can recomend Residence Le Marine for your stay in Sardinia.

Place is good, opposite the Marina, near Castelsardo (200 m), howewer town itself is not visible from hotel. Big parking, interesting garden where we at last spotted Myrtle. Friendly staff.

Mosquito

It is very nice to have your own kitchen and the price we paid (75euros 2 nights) for the appartment is almost nothing.

Not a lot of (warm) water coming out of the shower. Need to cross a busy street to go to the port/centre.
